Profile Picture Your Facebook profile picture for display within our platform. Authentication Tokens Secure tokens that verify your identity. These are not stored permanently. This data is used solely for user authentication, account management, and providing a personalized experience within Intuist. ## AI Agent Data Agent Configuration Settings, preferences, and customizations you apply to your AI agents. Conversation Data Interactions between you and your AI agents for functionality and improvement purposes. File Uploads Documents, images, or other files you share with your agents for training purposes. Usage Analytics Aggregated, anonymized data about feature usage and platform interactions. This data enables agent functionality, personalization, and platform improvement while ensuring you maintain complete control. ## Technical & Security Data Device Information Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers for security and compatibility. Log Data IP addresses, access times, and API usage for security monitoring and abuse prevention. Cookies Session cookies for authentication and functionality only. No advertising tracking. ## Data Retention & Deletion Account Data Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion for recovery purposes. Agent Data Automatically deleted when you delete an agent or deactivate your account. Backup Data Securely purged from all systems within 90 days of account deletion. Personal Information All personal information including Facebook profile data, conversation history, and uploaded content is permanently deleted upon account closure. ## Your Data Rights Access & Download Access and download all your personal data and information. Modify & Update Modify or update your personal information at any time. Delete Delete individual agents or your entire account and all associated personal data. Revoke Facebook Auth Revoke Facebook authentication at any time, which also removes associated Facebook personal data. Data Portability Request data portability of your personal information in standard formats. ## Data Sharing No Selling or Renting We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Explicit Consent Only Data is shared only with your explicit consent for specific integrations like Google Drive. Legal Requirements We may share data when required by law or to protect our legal rights. Trusted Providers Shared with trusted service providers under strict data protection agreements for hosting and security only. ### How to Delete Your Personal Information To exercise your right to delete your personal information: - 1.
